Our Team

Jesse Aldous

During his 18 year career in the Hearing Industry, Jesse identified a strength for analyzing small businesses and growing them through building a strong culture that focused on excellence in customer experience. As a small business owner Jesse understands first hand the day to day challenges in running and growing a successful operation.

Jesse’s first acquisition was the selling of his own multi-location retail operation. He then worked with a large private group as VP of Business development and Acquisitions. These experiences give Jesse a unique and valuable insight into main street and middle market business.

Jesse lives in Eagle, Idaho with his wife and four kids. When he is not chasing kids, he loves downhill skiing with his family, golfing and his horses.

Matt Pavone

Matt has dedicated over 20 years to the hearing industry, growing his small business into a multimillion-dollar enterprise. Starting with just one clinic and one employee, Matt mastered every aspect of business operations. While sales came naturally to him, he also learned how to manage staff, buy and sell locations, greenfield new clinics, develop advertising and marketing strategies, handle data entry in QuickBooks, and process payroll.

In 2020, after successfully negotiating the sale of his multi-location hearing aid business, Matt sought a new passion. Drawing on his extensive experience and having consulted with business owners across various industries, he recognized the challenges of preparing his own business for sale. This inspired him to start a new venture aimed at helping business owners achieve success. Today, Matt leverages his two decades of expertise to assist clients in improving sales through better processes and workflows, and provides guidance for those looking to sell their businesses.

Jennifer Van Vleet

Jen has always had a passion for helping others. This passion prompted her to study public health at Brigham Young University. Upon graduation, Jen started working as a patient care coordinator in the hearing industry. After a few years, she became the operations manager of a multi-location hearing aid business. She worked in this capacity until she left on a mission for her church. Upon returning home, she began working for Audiology Acquisition as an acquisition coordinator – helping those who are looking to buy/sell their audiology practices.

Jen is a native Idahoan and has two children. She loves to read, play the piano, and spend time outdoors.
